AUTOGRAPH is open for business Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm

QUOTES
AUTOGRAPH will gladly give price quotes over the phone. Be aware that quotes are estimates. Price verification will be given at the time the actual order is placed.

DEADLINES
AUTOGRAPH will make every effort to meet client deadlines that have been agreed to prior to the start of a job, however, AUTOGRAPH will not be held responsible for meeting new deadlines imposed after work is in progress.

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY
Delivery and pickup is available within 20 miles of our facility. This service is free with any order over $100. Smaller orders carry a fee of $10 each way. Add one day to turnaround time.

SHIPPING
AUTOGRAPH will ship FedEx or UPS to any client-specified location for cost plus a 25% handling charge. Larger items need special treatment and are an additional fee.

FILE CORRECTIONS
If your files are not prepared correctly for imaging, AUTOGRAPH will, at your discretion, provide corrections at our hourly rate.

CREDIT TERMS and CONDITIONS
All new customers are handled on a COD basis. Customers can open an account with the completion of our credit application. Account terms are net 30 days. Accounts 30 days past due may be subject to COD terms.

COPYRIGHTS and TRADEMARKS
AUTOGRAPH respects the Copyright Act of 1976 protecting artists and their work. In compliance with this federal law, AUTOGRAPH will not scan or print artwork that is signed, stamped or otherwise identified without a release.
