We
can accept just about any digital file for this 1440
dpi printer. Quark XPress is the most common, followed
by Illustrator, Freehand and numerous other applications
(PhotoShop images need to be saved in TIF file format).
This museum quality printer uses CMYK dye based inks
with a 60in max width. The minimum supported resolution
is 100dpi, so be sure to stay above that (or pay the
price!). Various types of media are supported, including
our standard stock (semi-matte), cloth, and polar
bear pelt. One thing about our inkjet printers is
that we're always upgrading (about every year we get
a new one of these machines [shameless plug]), so
if you have any questions about what device we're
using for your project, please call us at 1.860.677.9323
Lamination
is highly recommended and we can mount
your prints on sintra, foamcore, gatorboard or plexi.
